What is the job of a football coach?

The qualities required to be a good coach

First on the field and last in the locker room, the coach is a  hard worker. He knows how to lead,  communicate and is respected by the players and the club.

A coach must be able to handle pressure. He must always lead his team to victory. When it is publicized, it is the first to suffer the consequences of the club. Sometimes fatally.
